B. Scott Hines
Scott has 49 years of diversified oil and gas experience. Joining Exxon Company USA as a maintenance specialist in November 1975, Scott worked his way up the company ladder, working as a drilling superintendent and senior field foreman (Production Operations).
He was assigned to the Sub Surface Engineering group in 1989. Scott left Exx
Scott has 49 years of diversified oil and gas experience. Joining Exxon Company USA as a maintenance specialist in November 1975, Scott worked his way up the company ladder, working as a drilling superintendent and senior field foreman (Production Operations).
He was assigned to the Sub Surface Engineering group in 1989. Scott left Exxon in May 1992 to return to college to complete his degree. He graduated from Texas A&I University–Kingsville in 1994 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Gas Engineering. In 1998 Scott formed Aurora Resources Corporation. Today Aurora Resources Corporation is a complete oil and gas operating company. Aurora provides operating, engineering and consulting services to a select group of clients and investors with operations throughout South Texas and along the Texas Gulf Coast.
Scott has extensive experience in all of the Gulf Coast geological formations.
