Aurora Resources Corporation was founded in April 1998 in Corpus Christi, Texas. We have been operating in South Texas for over 26 years. 

Aurora Resources is a growing oil and gas company that has experience in both conventional drilling as well as drilling deep horizontal shale wells. Our experience in South Texas is evident, with a proven track record of successfully drilling, completing and operating oil and gas production throughout the region.

Our goal is to provide increased value to our investors, whether we are drilling new discoveries or developing an existing field. Aurora has the knowledge, experience, and technical ability to enhance production and ensure that both production and costs are being optimized at the highest level.

Aurora has an experienced staff of engineers and other personnel with the resources to manage any situation. We are continually reviewing new technologies and applying them to our operations.
